When
should you book ? The answer is basically, as soon as you can.
The further in advance that you book, the more chance you have
that I will be able to accept your booking. The majority of weddings take
place in the months April - September, and if your wedding is
in this period, early booking is especially recommended.
When
you make a booking, you are asked when you would like delivery
- this should be at least 2 weeks before the wedding. If any
miniatures are broken in transit, this gives me time to replace them. As these miniatures are non-perishable,
you can arrange to receive them well in advance of your wedding,
leaving you with one less thing to worry about.
If
you request a special design, then extra time may be required for
this. I cannot proceed with production of your personalised
miniatures until I have created
your design, sent you a sample, received your approval or made
further amendments as required. I will not proceed until you
are 100% satisfied.
When
making a booking, you may not know the exact number of miniatures
that you will require. You can put in an approximate number
at this time - I only need this number to check that I do
not overbook work for any particular week. I will check the
number you require before invoicing.
If
the week you request for delivery is fully booked, I may be
able to offer you an alternative week, either earlier or later,
but still with delivery at least 2 weeks before your wedding.
If I cannot fulfill your booking, I will advise you immediately.
When
your booking is accepted, it will be acknowledged and
you will be advised of the total cost of your order. No payment
or deposit is required to make your booking - you will be invoiced
at the appropriate time. If you require a special design, I
will contact you to discuss the details of your requirements.
